Hiring – HR Assistant (Chandigarh Based)

We are looking for a dynamic and reliable HR Assistant to join our company in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in strengthening workforce communication, talent acquisition, and internal team harmony.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and employees
✔ Help establish clear policies, expectations, and professional terms internally
✔ Lead talent hunting & recruitment processes with strong sourcing skills
✔ Monitor employee engagement and ensure a positive work culture
✔ Maintain control and structure over existing workforce and new hires
✔ Assist in onboarding, staff coordination and HR operations
✔ Act as the backbone of internal team alignment and organizational support

Required Skills & Experience:

1) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2) Strong ability in talent scouting and recruitment
3) Understanding of employee management, professional conduct and conflict resolution
4) Ability to maintain authority with empathy and professionalism
5) HR knowledge with a mindset of ownership and long-term commitment
