1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post job openings on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams.
- Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
- Assist with new employee orientation.
2. HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (digital & physical).
- Manage HR documentation such as contracts, forms, and policy documents.
- Support HR audits and compliance activities.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation when required.
3. Employee Support & Relations
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in resolving minor employee concerns and escalating when necessary.
4. Payroll & Attendance
- Assist with attendance monitoring and leave management.
- Coordinate with payroll department to ensure accurate processing.
- Track overtime, leave balances, and attendance issues.
5. HR Operations
- Support performance review processes.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and related logistics.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
