1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job openings on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
  • Assist with new employee orientation.

2. HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records (digital & physical).
  • Manage HR documentation such as contracts, forms, and policy documents.
  • Support HR audits and compliance activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation when required.

3. Employee Support & Relations

  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Assist in resolving minor employee concerns and escalating when necessary.

4. Payroll & Attendance

  • Assist with attendance monitoring and leave management.
  • Coordinate with payroll department to ensure accurate processing.
  • Track overtime, leave balances, and attendance issues.

5. HR Operations

  • Support performance review processes.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and related logistics.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
