Human Resources Assistant – Learning Management & Compliance

NHC is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant (Learning Management & Compliance) to support our RELIAS Learning Management System, ensure organizational training compliance, and assist with onboarding-related regulatory processes. This role also serves as the backup RELIAS administrator and supports background check workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily RELIAS LMS administration, including user data, assignments, and system support

  • Track training completion and compliance across all NHC service lines

  • Prepare dashboards and reports for leadership

  • Support regulatory compliance (CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, state requirements) and maintain audit-ready documentation

  • Coordinate background checks for new hires and transfers

  • Assist with onboarding, learning initiatives, and uploading/maintaining training content

Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare or long-term care compliance (CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, state regulations) is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with HRIS integration and reporting tools preferred.
