Qualification : MBA/MSW/MA(HR)

Experience : 6+ years

Job Description:

• Experience in end to end HR Operations.
• Experience in Sourcing, screening, selecting candidates, payroll, offer negotiation, exit processes. Experience in IR,ER and audit operations.
• Experience in Manufacturing industries.
• Experience in handling Greenfield project.
• Good exposure in handling statutory and compliance
• Should have handled employee engagement.
• Good Communication.
