- Assist in posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for restaurant and head office positions.
- Coordinate the onboarding process and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, warnings, appraisals, etc.).
- Track attendance, probation completions, confirmations, and resignations.
- Assist with payroll data preparation (e.g., attendance summaries, new joiner/exit details).
- Act as a point of contact for outlet HR queries (leaves, grievances, documentation).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
