Job Description:
Educational Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
· Additional certifications in HR laws or HR analytics are an advantage.
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR policies.
· Solid understanding and hands-on experience in HR operations.
· Full-cycle recruitment expertise with strong sourcing and screening skills.
· Excellent communication skills, especially English (written & verbal).
· Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and documentation.
· High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
· Strong coordination skills and ability to handle multiple HR tasks end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work on end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance documentation.
· Ensure adherence to local labor laws and HR policies; maintain updated statutory compliance records.
· Handle full-cycle recruitment — sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and documentation.
· Prepare HR letters, maintain employee files, handle probation confirmations, and coordinate exits.
· Support performance management processes, employee engagement activities, and grievance handling.
· Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring needs.
· Maintain HRMIS data accuracy and generate relevant HR reports.
· Assist in policy implementation, audits, and operational improvements across HR processes.
· Manage employee queries timely and ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning.
· Ensure discipline, attendance hygiene, and professional behavior across the workplace.
· Support international HR coordination when required.
