We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Associate Manager to handle core HR functions including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and policy compliance. The role requires someone who is people-focused, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple HR activities with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews & closures
  • Conduct onboarding, induction and maintain employment documentation
  • Manage employee engagement & relationship
  • Assist in performance review cycles
  • Maintain HR databases, employee records
  • Assist in compensation & benefits administration including PF/ESIC/insurance
  • Support HR policy creation, process improvement and culture-building initiatives
  • Ensure understanding & implementation of POSH regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR, business administration or related field (Master degree preferred)
  • Proven 2-3 years experience as HR manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies & laws, regulations & best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Darwinbox preferred)
  • Laptop is mandatory
