Position: HR Back Office Executive (UK Client Support)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide dedicated back-office support to our UK-based client. This role requires seamless communication with onsite employees in the UK and handling HR operations remotely from India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret, and ensure compliance with company policies and UK employment regulations
  • Provide immediate responses to employee emails and queries from UK-based staff
  • Manage and resolve staff queries related to HR policies, procedures, and general employee concerns
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in accordance with company standards
  • Coordinate with UK management on HR-related matters and employee issues
  • Support employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and general HR administration
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on all HR-related matters
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for UK employees during Indian business hours

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience in Human Resources (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with international clients and employees in a professional manner
  • Policy Knowledge: Strong ability to read, understand, and implement HR policies and ensure compliance
  • Responsiveness: Excellent email etiquette with ability to provide prompt responses
  • Availability: Must be an immediate joiner with no notice period constraints
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with UK or international clients
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws (advantage but not mandatory)
  • Previous experience in a back-office or remote support role
