Accountabilities

  • Deliver the agreed people plans that are relevant to the business and aligns with HR principles
  • Ensure that all people managers are empowered with the right tools, HR knowledge to run their day to day business.
  • Deliver the engagement strategy with business, and stakeholders to ensure the workforce of the respective departments are highly engaged and motivated
  • Engage with the business on an ongoing basis to keep up to date with business needs and requirements
  • Identify the business training needs and deliver workshops for each department/division that is inclusive of business key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and deliver change management for all initiatives driven by HR that impact the business and ensure appropriate communication and engagement plans with the business.
  • Conduct performance management workshops to improve people manager awareness and skills
  • Support identified talent to execute development plans
  • Monitor and track development plans for HIPO and agile learner s talent group as well as UAE Nationals identified for succession
