HR Business Partner

Role Summary
The HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership teams to align HR initiatives with business goals. The role involves employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and support strategic HR initiatives
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting and review cycles
- Support recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR documentation
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for management
- Contribute to employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR functions, preferably with exposure to HR business partnering
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and HR operations
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive employee matters
