​ About the Role

​We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Bangalore. This role is critical in supporting our blue-collar workforce within the fast-paced hospitality sector. You'll play a vital role in executing HR strategies that drive employee performance, engagement, and retention across our outlets.

​ Key Responsibilities

​Blue-Collar Hiring & Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with a primary focus on high-volume, blue-collar hiring for our QSR/Restaurant operations. Expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding this workforce segment is essential.

​HR Operations: Oversee and manage core HR Operations processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency in areas such as employee documentation, data management, and operational HR support.

​Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and execute initiatives focused on enhancing Employee Engagement and reducing attrition. Implement effective strategies for Retention of key talent.

​Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary HR point-of-contact for business unit leaders, providing strategic guidance on people-related matters.

​Core Skills Utilization: Leverage strong Time Management and exceptional Communication Skills (both verbal and written) to manage multiple priorities and interact effectively with employees at all levels.

​What We're Looking For

​Minimum 2-3 years of proven HR experience as an HR Executive, HR Specialist, or HR Business Partner.

​Mandatory prior experience in high-volume, blue-collar recruitment and HR within the Hospitality, QSR, Restaurant, Hotel, Aviation, or F&B industry.

​Strong understanding and exposure to various aspects of HR Operations.

​Fluency in Hindi is non-negotiable for effective communication with the blue-collar workforce.

​Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations and drive engagement programs.
