HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Pune – Senapati Bapat Road
Experience: 10–12+ Years (Non-IT / Operations HR)
Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) with strong experience in HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and business partnering in a non-IT environment. The HRBP will work closely with business heads to drive HR initiatives, support workforce planning, manage employee lifecycle activities, and ensure smooth HR operations for the Pune location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, especially in operations and non-IT teams.
  • Manage HR operations, including onboarding, induction, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes.
  • Support workforce planning & manpower budgeting based on business needs.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure smooth collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals & review discussions.
  • Handle employee engagement, grievances, disciplinary actions, and escalation management.
  • Ensure statutory compliance & adherence to HR policies and labour laws.
  • Work closely with leadership to design effective retention & employee development strategies.
  • Prepare and analyze HR dashboards, MIS reports & workforce metrics to support decision-making.
  • Support implementation of HR initiatives, employee communication plans, and culture-building activities.

Skills & Requirements

  • 10–12+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations, HRBP, or Generalist roles.
  • Experience in non-IT industries such as manufacturing, retail, facility services, logistics, or operations-led companies.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, employee relations & compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume HR operations with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to generate HR insights and reports.
  • Proactive, process-driven, dependable, and able to work independently.
