What you’ll do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to BU leaders

  • Translate business strategies into building HR priorities

  • Leading strategic workforce planning, succession planning for key roles

  • Create and execute change/transformation management plans

  • Lead & partner with BU Heads to drive HR projects & programs

  • Collaborate with HR CoEs & Global HR BPs to drive local HR strategies and execution

  • Create new policies to ensure enhanced Employee Experience/Engagement

  • Lead key interventions like talent review process, succession planning & leadership development

  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring local policies and practices comply with labor laws, and championing organizational culture and engagement efforts within the aligned BU

  • Coach senior leaders and managers on effective leadership, performance management, employee development, and managing team dynamics.

  • Spearhead & bring in consistent global practices for the the HRBP team on performance management, Talent review, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, policies, programs and new interventions

What experience you need

  • Should have a management degree from a reputed institute

  • Relevant experience of 4+ yrs

  • Ability to drive programs at organization level

  • Proficient in Project planning and execution

  • Should have led transformations with for deriving efficiencies and drive change management

  • Expertise in communicating with senior business & HR leaders

  • Lead by example and possess coaching ability

  • Eye for detail for finding continuous improvement opportunities
