Job Summary:

The Site HR Clerk Male Candidate supports day-to-day HR and administrative operations at the construction site. The role includes managing staff records, coordinating with HR/Payroll departments, handling attendance, supporting mobilization and demobilization, and ensuring smooth communication between site teams and the main HR office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily attendance records for all site employees and submit reports to HR/Payroll.
  • Assist with new joiner documentation such as passport copies, visa status, personal details, and joining forms.
  • Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of site staff (accommodation, induction, ID cards).
  • Maintain accurate employee files, site manpower lists, and update records regularly.
  • Support HR team with leave applications, absences, and overtime records.
  • Prepare and submit manpower reports, daily/weekly/monthly as required.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors for timesheets and attendance corrections.
  • Handle basic site administration like filing, printing, document control, and correspondence.
  • Support HR in processing resignations, terminations, and exit procedures.
  • Provide information to workers on HR policies, payroll dates, and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with PRO/HR for visa renewal, medical, and Emirates ID arrangements.
  • Ensure all HR documents comply with company policy and UAE labour law.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Act as a point of contact between site employees and main HR office.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years’ experience in construction site HR/administration (UAE experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
  • Experience with attendance systems, timesheets, and manpower coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,700.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
