HR Co-Ordinator cum Front Desk

Work Type: WFO only

Location: Kharadi, Pune

Shift: Rotational (2pm -11 pm / 3pm - 12 am)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Greet and receive visitors and candidates in a professional manner, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and front-desk support to facilitate smooth office operations.
• Ensure that all employees display their identification cards and deposit personal mobile phones at the reception as per company policy.
• Verify that Candidate Information Forms are accurately and completely filled by all applicants.
• Coordinate effectively with HR Recruiters to ensure seamless execution of the interview and selection process.
• Monitor and maintain the attendance register, ensuring timely and accurate entries by all employees.
• Oversee the maintenance of the medical register, ensuring entries are properly recorded whenever medicines are issued or consumed.
• Maintain and update the Resume Master Data on a regular basis and submit it to the Head of Department (HOD) as required.
• Assist in managing the organization’s social media presence, including drafting and publishing official updates, announcements, and employee engagement activities across relevant platforms.
