 Recruitment: Manage end to end recruitment cycle from Drafting Ads, Screening, Interviewing, Shortlisting, Drafting & processing employment offers to and onboard new employees ( with guidance of the Managers )

 Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve disputes, and promote a positive work environment.

 Performance Management: Follow performance appraisal systems and support

managers.

 Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws , maintain employee records as well as employee adherence to HR policies

 Compensation and Benefits: Administer and review compensation and benefits programs.

 Training: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.

 Policy: Develop and enforce HR policies. ( with guidance of the Managers )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
