Job Title: HR Coordinator

Company: Analog Digital – Faisalabad’s Fastest-Growing Call Center
Location: Office 23, 3rd Floor, The Arcadian, Kohinoor City, Faisalabad
Salary: 40,000 PKR (with an increase after probation)

Job Description

Analog Digital is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR operations and ensure a smooth employee experience. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of assisting with daily HR tasks, recruitment, documentation, and communication between staff and management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling

Support onboarding and orientation of new hires

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Coordinate employee attendance, leaves, and performance documentation

Provide administrative support to the HR department

Assist in implementing HR policies and company guidelines

Help maintain a positive work environment

Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks

Requirements
Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR or Business-related fields preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related administrative work

Skills:

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic understanding of HR operations

Professional attitude and attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential information

Work Schedule

3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
(Evening / Night Shift)
