About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our HR operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Saudi labor law, HR documentation, and the Jisr HR system. This role ensures smooth execution of HR processes, employee relations, and compliance while working remotely with our regional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day HR operations for Saudi-based employees, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

· Handle employee records, contracts, renewals, and end-of-service procedures.

· Maintain and update data accurately on the Jisr platform (attendance, payroll inputs, leaves, etc.).

· Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

· Coordinate with finance and management to process payroll, benefits, and deductions through Jisr.

· Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation as required.

· Assist in resolving employee inquiries and ensuring policy adherence.

· Support HR audits and compliance reviews.

· Collaborate with the wider HR team on performance management, engagement initiatives, and training logistics.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of HR coordination or operations experience, preferably supporting Saudi-based teams.

· Strong understanding of Saudi labor law and related regulatory requirements.

· Hands-on experience using Jisr HR system (mandatory).

· Excellent organizational and communication skills.

· High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely.

· Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
