  • Update and maintain employee records in both hard copy and soft copy formats.
  • Handle the issuance/renewal of the Trade license for company.
  • Manage the employee onboarding, orientation, and training activities.
  • Ensure all visas, medical, Emirate ID, permits, company documents and license are up to date and arrange timely renewal.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
  • Manage recruitment processes
  • Manage the Payroll of employees.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Assist in all general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters.
  • Facilitate the annual leave, salary and tickets as per the UAE Law.
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date
  • Calculate and process final settlements to the employees adhering to the UAE Law.
  • Facilitate the Final settlements/End of Service processes with the Finance.
  • Knowledge of medical insurance (inception, addition, deletion, and claims), workers' compensation, vehicle registration, and Salik.
  • Initiate and coordinate the team building process.
