Human Resources Director - Transportation Industry

Position Summary
We are a fast-growing trucking company seeking an experienced HR Director with a strong background in transportation. This role is ideal for someone who can lead with confidence, communicate effectively with drivers and staff, and navigate the unique challenges of the trucking industry.

This position manages all employees of the HR department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that department and other departments.
