Job Summary
Trinity Management is looking for an experienced HR Director to lead our HR team and oversee all HR functions across the organization. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and supporting a positive, inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the HR team.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws in CT, RI, NY, and MA.
- Support managers with employee relations, training, and performance issues.
- Improve HR systems, policies, and processes.
- Partner with leadership on hiring, retention, and culture initiatives.
- Manage the HR budget and HR-related programs.
- Light travel required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR certification strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of HR experience, including HR management.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
- Strong background in employee relations and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
