Job Title: HR Employee Relations Intern
Location: Pune
Experience: 0–1 Year
Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Role Summary
You will support the HR team in handling employee relations, engagement activities, grievance coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in corporate HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in employee engagement programs, events, and communication.
  • Support grievance handling by coordinating with HR and employees.
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and documentation.
  • Help with onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and basic HR compliance tasks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS as required.
  • Assist in resolving basic employee queries in a timely manner.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of HR basics and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹21,736.12 per month
