Job Summary
We are looking for an proactive HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, and supporting HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selections.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR database.
- Handle onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and update HRMS systems.
- Coordinate performance evaluations and assist in training needs.
- Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a supportive workplace environment.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed as per company standards.
- Support payroll processing by sharing necessary employee data (attendance, incentives, deductions, etc.)
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (0.6 –3 years preferred) in HR operations or similar role.(freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HRMS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Good understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and labor regulations.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
