Job Summary

We are looking for an proactive HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, and supporting HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selections.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR database.
  • Handle onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and update HRMS systems.
  • Coordinate performance evaluations and assist in training needs.
  • Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a supportive workplace environment.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed as per company standards.
  • Support payroll processing by sharing necessary employee data (attendance, incentives, deductions, etc.)
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (0.6 –3 years preferred) in HR operations or similar role.(freshers can apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HRMS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and labor regulations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
