Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

Draft and post job ads across job portals and social media.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.

Ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.

HR Operations

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.

Handle HRMS, employee onboarding documentation, and exit formalities.

Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and HR-related correspondence.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Conduct induction programs for new hires.

Support employee engagement initiatives, events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

Assist in implementing HR policies and best practices to maintain a positive work environment.

Compliance & Administration

Assist with statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws (with consultants).

Support payroll inputs like attendance, leaves, overtime, and reimbursements.

Performance Management

Assist in performance review cycles, KPI/KRA tracking, and appraisal documentation.

Maintain employee feedback and disciplinary records when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
