Roles and Responsibility
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure smooth joining formalities and orientation sessions.
2. Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and personal files.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, salary, etc.
- Plan and support employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in preparing HR MIS reports on a monthly basis.
3. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance, deductions, and salary inputs.
- Ensure timely documentation and adherence to HR policies.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in conducting performance appraisal processes.
- Track probation confirmation and appraisal documentation.
5. Exit Formalities
- Assist in conducting exit interviews.
- Coordinate full & final settlement documentation.
- Ensure proper handover and clearance process.
