Looking for Experienced 1 - 2.5 years in HR Role

Roles and Responsibility

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure smooth joining formalities and orientation sessions.

2. Employee Engagement & HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and personal files.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, salary, etc.
  • Plan and support employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in preparing HR MIS reports on a monthly basis.

3. Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance, deductions, and salary inputs.
  • Ensure timely documentation and adherence to HR policies.

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in conducting performance appraisal processes.
  • Track probation confirmation and appraisal documentation.

5. Exit Formalities

  • Assist in conducting exit interviews.
  • Coordinate full & final settlement documentation.
  • Ensure proper handover and clearance process.
