We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of HR experience or internship exposure.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and payroll practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
