Roles and responsibilities:

· Responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, hiring, managing, and talent retention.

· To develop and carry out talent acquisition strategies for the company.

· Develop a company policy for talent assessment, benchmarking, and interviews.

· Source candidates and fill in vacant positions in the company and manage the entire recruitment life cycle.

· Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.

· Create customized job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position in the company

· Anticipate future hiring needs by analyzing the organization's development.

· Mentor candidates regarding salary, benefits, and work culture.

· Prepare a report on a monthly basis for key talent acquisition metrics.

· Work closely with the company leadership to stay updated and meet the company's hiring needs and define selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other team members.

· Review performance and work closely with employees for ensuring employee satisfaction and happiness at the workplace

· Perform quarterly, semi-annual and annual reviews in association with company leadership for all employees

Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks as deemed necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
