We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn all aspects of HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and documentation
  • Handle basic employee queries and provide timely support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of basic HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, HR policies)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
