  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and on boarding).
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Handle employee queries and provide necessary support.
  • Coordinate with different departments to address HR-related requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports (attendance, attrition, recruitment status, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or Recruitment role.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
