Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will support recruitment, employee engagement, and core HR operations at Aureate Labs. Your role will involve coordinating with teams, maintaining HR documentation, and ensuring smooth processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and a people-focused approach to strengthen our workplace culture.

What We Want You to Do?

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
• Coordinate with team leads/managers to track and review employee performance.
• Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
• Maintain and update HR documents and databases.
• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback.
• Manage clearance process and documentation for departing employees.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HR functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools/portals.

Qualification

• Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Around 3 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the IT industry.
