Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment efforts including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support benefit administration including enrollments, changes, and claims
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist with performance review processes and employee development programs
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support workplace culture efforts
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity
- Assist with payroll preparation and reporting, if needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a human resources role preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
