Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Support benefit administration including enrollments, changes, and claims
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Assist with performance review processes and employee development programs
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and support workplace culture efforts
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with integrity
  • Assist with payroll preparation and reporting, if needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a human resources role preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
