HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive – Generalist
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Company

We are a growing organization looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle core HR generalist responsibilities including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Management: Ensure accurate salary processing, deductions, and compliance.
• Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance records and leave applications; coordinate with team leads.
• Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Onboarding & Induction: Handle onboarding formalities, employee orientation, and documentation.
• Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, contracts, and HRMS systems.
• Compliance Support: Assist in statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, and other labor laws.
• Employee Engagement: Support in organizing employee engagement activities and grievance handling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Executive role.
• Sound knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliances, and recruitment portals.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and HR software (Zoho, Keka, etc. preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
