HR Executive – 75way Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Mohali, Phase 8B
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions such as Software Development & Marketing positions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.

2. Employee Engagement & HR Operations

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
  • Conduct regular employee connect sessions to address concerns and collect feedback.

3. Administration & Support

  • Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and support day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive in an IT company (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IT recruitment, interview coordination, and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
