Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical positions such as Software Development & Marketing positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
2. Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions to address concerns and collect feedback.
3. Administration & Support
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records.
- Prepare HR-related reports and support day-to-day HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive in an IT company (preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment, interview coordination, and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet timelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
