HR Executive

Job Position: HR Executive

Location: Matunga West, Mumbai.
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–3 years

Salary: Rs. 3,00,000/- to Rs. 5,00,000/- per annum.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

· Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees and maintain accurate employee records.

· Manage attendance, leave tracking, and provide timely payroll inputs.

· Prepare HR letters, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

· Address employee queries and manage employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication

· Assist in performance management processes, probation reviews, and exit formalities.

· Contribute to improving HR systems and processes as the team grows.

· Set up and streamline HR systems and processes suitable for a growing organization.

· Suggest improvements in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation workflows.

· Help build clarity and structure as the team size increases.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist role.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.

· Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.

· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with confidentiality.
