To manage and execute key HR operational functions with precision and timeliness — including employee data, payroll support, statutory compliance, and internal communication — to ensure seamless workforce support across CARE.

Job Description (JD):
Employee Data & Records

· Create and maintain employee master sheet

· Verify data accuracy and completeness

Recruitment

· Collect JD requirements from departments

· Post jobs on free portals and coordinate initial screening

Onboarding

· Organize joining formalities and collect documents

· Ensure smooth induction and orientation

Attendance & Leave

· Update daily attendance in tracker

· Cross-check manual registers against digital entries

Payroll Support

· Prepare monthly salary statement with LOPs & late marks

PF & ESI

· Ensure all new employees enrolled

· Prepare monthly PF & ESI contribution statements

Training & Development

· Maintain training calendar and attendance data

· Collect feedback post-training

Employee Engagement

· Plan and coordinate monthly birthday celebrations and HR events

Performance Support

· Distribute and collect appraisal forms

· Archive signed and scanned copies

Documentation

· Maintain SOPs, JDs and policy folders in shared drive

Compliance

· Maintain checklist of renewals and regulatory requirements

Internal Communication

· Share announcements in group chats and circulate HR circulars

Website & Careers Page

· Check and update job openings, event posts, and department highlights

Social Media Support

· Draft post ideas and stories for HR-related content

CRM / HRMS

· Update employee movements (joins/exits/changes)

Department Data Requests

· Coordinate and respond to data requests from management and departments

KPIs:

· 100% accuracy in monthly payroll inputs

· JD and SOP database updated quarterly

· 90%+ punctuality in attendance data updates

· Recruitment requisitions posted within 24 hours

· All statutory dues filed within due dates

· 100% training attendance data recorded

· 100% resolution rate for data requests from departments within 3 working days

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
