Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Offer Negotiation: Extend offers and negotiate terms in line with company policies.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 3–4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven Success: Track record of sourcing and placing candidates across various roles.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with ATS; Zoho Recruit knowledge is a plus.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple positions and prioritize effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Competence in managing the offer and hiring process.
