We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and support the overall HR functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a people-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals, referrals, and social networks.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in creating job descriptions and posting vacancies.

2. Onboarding & Documentation.

  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and induction materials.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Address employee queries and ensure a positive workplace experience.
  • Conduct surveys and participation programs to improve work culture.

4. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in payroll inputs by coordinating with the finance team.
  • Manage exit processes including resignations, exit interviews & full-and-final settlements.

5. Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies are followed across the organization.
  • Maintain compliance with HR laws and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRMS software.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, portals, and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,606.84 - ₹35,000.00 per month
