Job Summary:

We are seeking an HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to on-boarding

- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals)

- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates

- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages

- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvement

- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities

Requirements:

- Freshers - 1 year Experience

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Proficient in MS Office and HR software

- Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations
