Responsibilities
- the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
- Handle employee requests and grievances promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment system.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs and training accordingly.
- All Admin related work.
- Employee Engagement & handle the relation.
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and interviewing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment software is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,817.37 - ₹17,000.00 per month
