HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage all documentation, records, and reports.
  • Coordinate with clients for payments, bills, and invoices.
  • Handle queries related to salary, PF, ESI, and other HR matters.
  • Follow up with clients for timely payment release and bill clearance.
  • Manage and verify staff documents (Aadhaar, PAN, qualification, experience, police verification, etc.).
  • Handle onboarding of employees, including document collection and joining formalities.
  • Prepare documents for compliance and audits.
  • Ensure smooth communication between teams and the head office.
  • Maintain attendance records and support general administration.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and processes.

Qualification & Skills:

  • B.Com (Mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of PF, ESI, and salary processes
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping ability
  • Experience in a similar role preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
