About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team! You’ll be responsible for handling the end-to-end hiring process, employee engagement activities, payroll/salary process, and managing candidate leads. If you have strong English communication skills and a passion for people management, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Drive employee engagement initiatives
• Handle salary & payroll processes
• Maintain candidate leads and talent pipeline
• Ensure smooth communication across teams

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong organizational & interpersonal skills
• Previous HR experience preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
