Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior HR Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable handling both strategic and operational HR tasks in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and close positions efficiently.
• Maintain and update HR records, attendance, and employee database.
• Develop and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Handle HR operations such as offer letters, exit formalities, and compliance-related documentation.
• Support payroll preparation and coordinate with finance as needed.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Assist management in implementing HR policies and performance review processes.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR (preferably in recruitment and operations).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools (Google Workspace, Excel )
• Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced work environments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
