  • Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across multiple functions
  • Understand job requirements & draft effective JDs
  • Source through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
  • Conduct screening, schedule interviews & coordinate with stakeholders
  • Build and manage talent pipelines
  • Support hiring drives & employer branding initiative HR Operations.
  • Support onboarding, induction & documentationMaintain employee records, trackers & HR databases
  • Assist in offers, joining formalities & basic compliance
  • Coordinate with teams for smooth HR processes
  • Assist with payroll inputs, attendance & other HR tasks
  • MBA in HR or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment + HR operations
  • Strong sourcing & stakeholder management
  • Good understanding of HR processes & compliance
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office;HRMS knowledge is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
