Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews & on-boarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination & employee queries
  • Assist in drafting HR policies and implementing HR processes
  • Conduct employee engagement activities

Required Skills:

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office & HR tools
  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability
  • Basic understanding of HR operations

Qualification: Any Graduate
