Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance and ensuring accurate attendance records.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and support in disciplinary actions if required.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, trainings, and performance review cycles.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Administration Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office administration including housekeeping, facility maintenance, and supplies management.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams (IT, security, housekeeping).
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation, logistics, and office events.
- Ensure safe and professional workplace environment adhering to company standards.
- Maintain records of assets, office stationery, and equipment issuance.
