Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and support roles
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates
  • Handle offer rollouts, onboarding formalities, and induction sessions
  • Conduct orientation for new employees and ensure smooth integration
  • Maintain HR records, databases, and documentation
  • Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
  • Enforce company HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Continuously improve HR operations and employee experience

Requirements :

  • MBA/Bachelor’s degree in IT background
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
  • Proficient with job portals, recruitment tools, and MS Office
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Highly process-driven and well-organized
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
