The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, employee data management, attendance, performance tracking, and basic HR compliance.

The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and capable of handling multiple HR tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

  • Post jobs on platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and FB groups
  • Shortlist candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial screening calls
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up proactively
  • Assist department heads in final hiring decisions

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and HR forms
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files, contracts, and documentation

HR Operations

  • Manage attendance, leaves, and punctuality records
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records
  • Assist in preparing payroll data (attendance, overtime, deductions)
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments

Employee Engagement

  • Maintain a positive and healthy work culture
  • Handle employee queries and concerns
  • Assist in planning trainings, meetings, and team activities

HR Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure policies are followed
  • Assist in creating or updating HR policies
  • Create weekly and monthly HR reports
  • Support HR audits if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
