Position: HR Executive
Location: Miracle Hospital, Whitefield
Experience Required: 2–5 years in HR management, with expertise in HRMS systems and employee performance management

Key Responsibilities:1. HR Strategy and Operations
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital’s operational goals.
- Establish and maintain a culture that promotes employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and resolve grievances efficiently and empathetically.
2. Attendance and HRMS Management
- Maintain and oversee the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) for effective employee data tracking.
- Monitor and manage attendance, leaves, and time-off requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with hospital policies.
- Generate and analyze reports on attendance, absenteeism, and workforce efficiency.
3. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure seamless onboarding experiences, providing new employees with the necessary tools and resources for success.
- Maintain updated job descriptions and organizational charts.
4. Performance Management and Tracking
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems to evaluate and improve employee output.
- Track employee KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular feedback to employees and department heads.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs to enhance skills and career growth.
5. Compliance and Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws, hospital regulations, and employment standards.
- Update and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Address workplace issues like harassment, diversity, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
6. Payroll and Benefits Administration
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Administer employee benefits such as health insurance, wellness programs, and other hospital perks.
7. Employee Engagement and Retention
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Develop strategies for reducing turnover and improving employee retention rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms and software.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of managing HR systems and enhancing operational efficiency.
