Job Title: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) who will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, source qualified candidates, and ensure timely hiring for various roles across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for understanding job requirements
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Maintain a tracker of candidates, interviews, and hiring status
  • Negotiate salaries and share offer letters
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process
  • Maintain HR records and recruitment reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing methods and hiring process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple positions at a time
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals

Key Requirements

  • Must be within 35 years of age
  • Knowledge of complete recruitment cycle
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines
