Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle backend HR operations and administrative tasks effectively.
  • Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Support employee training, orientation, and engagement initiatives.
  • Draft and manage HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, warning letters, and policy updates.
  • Foster a healthy and performance-driven workplace culture.
  • Respond to employee queries with professionalism and empathy.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Familiarity with HRMS tools and attendance software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
